Yup, you’re seeing it right!! Finally a delicious, moist, gluten free cookie!

 

After almost a year of perfecting the science of gluten free baking, I am more than excited to put this cookie on the market, and proudly say that it is as amazing, as the one with gluten!💜

  • Important Information

    The cookie is MADE WITH 100% GLUTEN FREE INGREDIENTS, but produced in the same facility as other baked goods with gluten.

     

    Although we make all the efforts possible to eliminate any and every chance of cross contamination, some of those being:

     

    - double checking all the ingredients,

    - using separate containers for ingredients like cocoa, sugar, salt..., as well as

    - working on freshly cleaned surfaces,

    - making sure all utensils such as bowls, spoons etc., are freshly washed with cleaning agents, in hot water,

    - scheduling the production in the beginning of the day, when there’s no active production of gluten pastries going on,

    - thoroughly washing and lining the baking trays with parchement paper before use etc.

     

    Please be aware that there is always a risk of cross contamination.

     

    Individuals with severe gluten allergies should exercise caution and avoid consumption.

    Just a reminder that our cookies are meant to be eaten warmed up!🔥

     

    This guarantees the incredible gooey center, full of melted chocolate chunks!🤤

     

    The best way to achieve it is by simply microwaving the cookie for 15-20 seconds.😁

     

    An alternative would be baking it in a 180’C preheated oven for 7 minutes, but keep in mind that although the chocolate gets melty, and exterior crispy, the heat exposure makes it a little bit drier. ☺️
