Can I have my cookies delivered locally?
YES! We also deliver locally to: Zurich, Liechtenstein and Sankt Gallen/Rheintal area!
You can purchase a delivery service and have your cookies delivered to your doorstep by Puffy's,
every Tuesday and Saturday from 9:00-19:00.
How long after I place the order can I have it delivered?
Delivery: All orders placed before 19:00 on Monday will be available for Delivery on Tuesday.
All orders placed before 19:00 on Friday will be available for Delivery on Saturday.
Can I pay with cash during local delivery?
Yes! You can simply choose "Cash" while checking out.
Can I pay with TWINT?
Yes! Please use the "Cash Payment" option at the checkout and then proceed to pay with your TWINT app.

What do I do if the flavor I want is sold out?

How long can the cookies be stored?
Cookies hold best stored in a cool and dry place for up to a week. To enjoy the full potential of their texture and flavors, make sure to warm them up before serving. You can microwave them for 20 seconds or put them in an oven at 180'C for 7 minutes.
Can I freeze your products?
Yes! Our cookies freeze very well. Be sure to store them in an airtight container. When you're ready to enjoy them, simply remove them from the freezer a few hours before, so they can thaw at room temperature, reheat them, and enjoy! :)
Can I eat your products if I have nut allergies?
Please note that our products are produced in a facility that also processes tree nuts and peanuts. Therefore, even if you select a product without nuts, there may still be traces or unintentional amounts due to possible cross-contamination. Please keep this in mind when consuming our products.
Do you have gluten free options?
YES! After almost a year of perfecting the recipe, in February 2024, we were able to launch an incredibly moist, ooey, gooey inside and crunchy outside, GLUTEN FREE Chocolate Chip Chocolate Cookie!

Yes, in fact all of our products are 100% plant-based.
