The best way to achieve it is by simply microwaving the cookie for 15-20 seconds.😁
An alternative would be baking it in a 180’C preheated oven for 7 minutes, but keep in mind that although the inside gets melty, and exterior crispy, the heat exposure makes it a little bit drier.☺️
